Terms of Service

Using RealShoot Pro
These terms govern RealShoot Pro's image-generation and editing service at realshoot.pro. You must be an adult legally able to enter a contract and, if acting for an organisation, authorised to bind it. Keep access to your sign-in email secure and contact support if your account is compromised.
Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. Acknowledging that notice is not consent to optional processing. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer, privacy or other statutory rights.
Your content and permissions
You retain your rights in material you submit. You give us the limited permission needed to transmit, process and temporarily store it to provide your requested service, including processing by our hosting and AI providers. This does not transfer ownership of your photos or authorise their use in our marketing.
You are responsible for necessary copyright, privacy, publicity and other permissions. Do not upload unlawful material, impersonate people, create deceptive evidence, violate another person's rights or use the service for abuse. Do not bypass authentication, access another customer's data, evade quotas or disrupt the service.
Our software, branding and service materials remain protected by their respective owners' and licensors' rights. Access does not grant ownership of that technology.
AI results and responsible publication
AI can alter details, make mistakes or produce similar results for different users. Review results before publishing, especially product features, property details, people, logos and text. Follow applicable advertising, platform and disclosure requirements; do not present altered features as facts where that would mislead.
To the extent we hold transferable rights in a result created for you, you may use it for your lawful purposes. We do not guarantee that AI output qualifies for copyright, is exclusive or is free of third-party rights. Provider restrictions and applicable law still apply. Results may contain provenance metadata or AI watermarks; we do not promise undetectable AI images.
Plans, credits and recurring payments
The selected plan, price, currency and billing interval are shown before payment. A recurring subscription renews at its billing interval until cancelled. Stripe handles checkout and the customer billing portal. Review the amount and subscription terms before confirming a purchase.
Credits provide the usage allowance shown for your plan and are not money. Monthly allowances reset each billing period; unused monthly credits do not roll over. Upgrades can take effect during the period with a prorated charge, and the new allowance accounts for credits already used. Downgrades apply to the next billing period without an immediate refund. Review the confirmation in Billing.
Manage or cancel your subscription through Billing and the customer portal. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal while the paid period continues. If the controls fail, contact support promptly. Deleting an account is different from simply cancelling renewal and removes access to that account.
Except where required by law or otherwise expressly offered, unused credits do not produce an automatic cash refund. This does not limit rights to refunds, cancellation, withdrawal or remedies for faulty or misdescribed services under applicable law. Contact support about failed generations, incorrect charges or refund requests. These terms are not a waiver of a legally required remedy.
Temporary photos, availability and changes
This is not a permanent photo-storage service. Download results you want to retain. Interactive results are returned to your browser, while some background processing uses temporary storage and scheduled cleanup. See the Privacy Policy for the distinctions, exceptions and other records retained.
We aim to provide a reliable service, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free AI results or compatibility with every device. If a fault affects a purchase, contact support. Any disclaimer is subject to mandatory standards of care, quality and available remedies.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, unlawful use, nonpayment or a material breach. Where feasible and lawful, we will explain the issue and provide an opportunity to resolve it. Restrictions do not extinguish rights to refunds or other remedies required by law.
Material changes to paid service terms or pricing will be communicated as required before they apply. These terms do not authorise retroactive charges or removal of mandatory rights. Changes requiring agreement will not be imposed merely by changing the date on this page.
Responsibility and resolving problems
You remain responsible for your submitted content and how you publish results. We remain responsible for our obligations under applicable law. We do not exclude liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. There is no blanket waiver of consumer remedies or compulsory arbitration in these terms.
Please first explain problems through our public support form, including relevant account or transaction details, but not full card numbers or passwords. This does not prevent you from approaching a regulator or using courts and other available remedies. These terms do not require a claim in a foreign court or waive mandatory protections in your home jurisdiction.
If a provision cannot lawfully be enforced, the remaining terms continue only to the extent permitted by law.
